Even Squishies Need Lovin'

Been meaning to add new links to the site, but I am always running from one thing to the other. However, today is the day, and I have posted several new blogs to the "Good Reading" section.

Since I am a total and unabashed noob priest, I need alot of help. Here are my new priesty sources:

The Egotistical Priest is a well-written and highly enjoyable blog. Been reading it off and on now for a couple of months.

Priestly Endeavors offers great information and well-done.

Musings of a Holy Hybrid, not only is this the famous "Squeaky Priesty" but a DC to boot, what isn't there to love. Okay, she will never give Pookie a hug, but we will forgive.

Mage:

Renoobed is a hybrid blog with several points of view from his three different toons. Very fun to read and gives good info, check him out.

I tried to find a couple of Mage blogs (outside of Renoobed), but I haven't been very successful. Does anyone know of a good one? Or should I start a running series a couple of times a month about them, (even if I think of myself as a magetrad)? Suggestions?

Those are some good readings, Grumpy approved for sure!

I am still looking for one that gives some decent tips and tricks on the Paladin alt I am rolling once I hit 70.

Hi there Breana!

Seems as if we read the same blogs :)

Can I ask you a question concerning yours? I get dark grey print on a dark green background, and the hyperlinks look so defaultish blue...
Is your stylesheet hosted on a remote spot that my company's firewall is blocking, or is it your intention to catch peoples attention by making it unreadable?
I suspect the first.

In order to read your posts I apply the trick of highlighting all, so it becomes inverted. Grey on white... Better than not being able to read you at all, because I love to.

Cheers, Xi

Xizang,
I'm sure it's the cyber-trolls of your work's IT dept that have blocked the CSS. I have similar issues with images (on Blogger) being blocked at my office. The same pages look fine once I've connected my laptop to an outside network.
Maybe I should be working instead of reading Breana's posts.
Ya, right.

Xi,

You are correct in assuming that it is the firewall. Actually, the site, when you can see it, is pretty :D

However, did does now demand an answer.

This is the second comment about the green and black text. The majority of the CSS is hosted on photobucket which could be blocked by your company. I asked Ego this, but he hasn't responded yet, but do you know which photohosting site isn't blocked by your firewall (Krys-feel free to chime in)? I think if I find one that you can see there is a higher chance everyone else who is having trouble will be able to see it as well :)

Best webspaces circumnavigating company firewalls are always your own ones, provided you have a top level domain of your own...

Or you have someone who is willing to grant you a little bit of his mega overpowered webserver package that he has no idea how to us but has it because it was a good offer.

Cheers, Xi
